Optical instruments

The desire to perpetuate images has accompanied us for centuries. We took small steps to the production we know today on the big screen.

The presentation of animated images has become possible with the help of such optical devices as: a zoetrope and a praxinoscope. These were devices using a drum structure. Their rotation set the static pictures on the stripes inside them in motion, which resulted in a looped animation of, for example, a galloping horse.

Such optical toys are a great gift for a cinema lover, history or technology enthusiast.

The kaleidoscope does not need any introduction. It is a toy from your childhood. Our kaleidoscope is kept in a retro style. Thanks to that it will surely go to the hearts of history lovers, old toys and technological enthusiasts.
