Exclusive Compass with Sundial Gilbert – SUN-0002B

Exclusive Compass with Sundial Gilbert – SUN-0002B

Gilbert Compass with Sundial is characterized by its attention to detail and exclusive finish. Compass in an elegant wooden box will serve both in the field and at home as a tasteful decoration.

Upper part of the structure is a sundial, thanks to which you will determine the local time. On the face of the sundial there are Roman numerals that tell the time. To read the time lift the gnomon and place the sundial in a sunny location so that the 12 o'clock line coincides with the meridian line. Gnomon will cast a shadow on the local, current time, which may differ from the official time.

Under the opening of the sundial there is a compass, which will help you find the north direction and orient yourself.

Compass with sundial will come in handy while traveling and will add a globetrotting touch to your home. It will be a delightful decoration of the desk in colonial style testifying to the passion for travelling.
