Retail Customers (B2C)
The prices displayed on our website are suggested gross retail prices, which include 23% Polish VAT. You can complete your purchase using our standard checkout process.
Business Partners (B2B & International)
For our international B2B partners eligible for VAT-exempt Intra-Community Supply of Goods, we have a simplified ordering process:
- Place your order via the website.
- Select "Paid on Delivery" or "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method (this prevents automatic VAT charging).
- Our team will verify your VAT-UE status and prepare a Pro Forma invoice in EUR with 0% VAT (Reverse Charge).
Note: Shipping costs and final exchange rates will be calculated individually to ensure the best rates for your destination.
