2. ADO shall process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item. 926, as amended) . ADO uses, required by the provisions of Polish law, technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data and personal data protection against unauthorized access, acquisition by unauthorized persons, processing in violation of the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection and against change, loss or destruction.
